🔑 Your Role:

• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities across IT & iGaming.
• Manage and bid effectively on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and others.
• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Craft compelling proposals & presentations that stand out from the competition.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions.
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across geographies.
• Stay up to date with IT trends, SaaS, and latest technologies to strengthen pitches.

👤 Who You Are:

• 2–3+ years in business development / bidding on freelance platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, SaaS, and digital technologies.
• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or relevant experience preferred.
